Accordingly, the company’s HSE Department has developed and implemented a comprehensive Safety Development Program based on the following pillars:
1. Process Safety
Given the company’s expertise in designing and manufacturing rotating equipment for the petrochemical industry, process safety holds a vital role at Hamgam Sanat. Every stage—from design and fabrication to assembly and testing—is closely monitored to prevent process-related incidents, material leaks, fires, and explosions. Technical risk analysis, design review, and continuous monitoring systems form the foundation of our process safety approach.
2. Behavior-Based Safety (BBS)
Believing that people are the key to sustainable safety, Hamgam Sanat has adopted a Behavior-Based Safety program. This approach focuses on identifying, analyzing, and modifying unsafe behaviors in the workplace. Through employee engagement and feedback, the program fosters a proactive safety culture across all organizational levels.
3. Safety Committees
To enhance the effectiveness of safety initiatives, specialized safety committees have been established across different departments. These committees—comprising representatives from production, maintenance, quality control, and HSE—are responsible for incident investigation, hazard identification, proposing corrective actions, and following up on preventive measures.
4. Safety Leadership
The senior management of Hamgam Sanat is deeply committed to Safety Leadership. Active participation of managers in safety inspections, risk review meetings, and performance evaluations demonstrates this commitment. At Hamgam Sanat, leaders set the example through their actions and decisions, promoting safety as a shared responsibility.
5. Safety Programs and Processes
A variety of safety initiatives are implemented throughout the company, including specialized training programs, internal audits, job risk assessments, emergency drills, incident investigations, and a strict Work Permit System to ensure that all operations are performed under safe and controlled conditions.
6. World-Class Safety Management System
Hamgam Sanat is moving toward establishing a World-Class Safety Management System, designed in alignment with international standards such as ISO 45001 and the principles of continuous improvement. The system aims to achieve a “Zero Incident” workplace and enhance organizational resilience against safety risks.
