Over the past decade, Hamgam Sanat Knowledge-Based Company has proudly accumulated extensive experience in the manufacturing and production of various types of rotating equipment used in the oil, gas, and petrochemical industries.

Production Approach

The manufacturing and production process at Hamgam Sanat is carried out based on technical documents and engineering procedures developed in earlier project phases, particularly TDP (Technical Data Package) and TEMP (Test and Evaluation Master Plan).
During the production phase, all manufacturing, integration, and testing processes are performed according to industry standards and customer requirements.

Throughout the production process, customer requirements are continuously tracked, controlled, and monitored to ensure that the final product meets the highest standards of quality, performance, and durability.

Standards and Continuous Improvement

Obtaining and adhering to international manufacturing standards has always been one of the top priorities at Hamgam Sanat.
Additionally, if any modifications to upstream documents—such as revisions to the TDP—are needed during production, the necessary updates are implemented within this phase to maintain full alignment between design and production.

Manufacturing Equipment and Machinery

The Manufacturing and Production Department at Hamgam Sanat is equipped with a comprehensive range of precision and advanced machinery, including:

• Two 2-meter lathes, one 3-meter lathe, and one heavy-duty 3-meter lathe
• Vertical lathe (carousel lathe)
• Manual and NC boring machines
• Manual and CNC milling machines (3-, 4-, and 5-axis)
• TIG and MIG welding machines
• Surface and cylindrical grinding machines
• Laser, plasma, wire-cut, and waterjet cutting machines
